After logging in, players can visit the newly established Horadrim Mail stations in major towns to check their messages. In these messages, Blizzard apologizes for the "unexpected issues" in Season 15; players who received a Resplendent Spark can claim this material from the same location.
Not every player received a Resplendent Spark. Among those discussing the issue, some reported seeing only the apology message without receiving the material, while others found nothing in their in-game mail. The current distribution scope of Resplendent Sparks remains unclear.
Resplendent Sparks are rare materials required for crafting Mythic Unique items. The exact number needed depends on the item being crafted, so receiving a single spark may not be enough to complete the crafting process.
