Persona 6 ranks second on Famitsu's most anticipated games list, ahead of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake. This list reflects the anticipation of Japanese players, with Pokémon: Wind and Waves taking the top spot.
The list isn't limited to Switch 2 games. Persona 6 is multi-platform, while The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake is exclusive to one platform. Among the Switch 2 titles featured on the list, Persona 6 also ranks second.
Developer Atlus confirmed earlier this month that Persona 6 will also launch on Switch 2, in addition to the previously announced platforms. No release date has been announced yet; only a teaser trailer has been revealed, with plot details still under wraps.
Another upcoming entry in the series, Persona 4: Revival, sits at fourth place on the list. It is a remake of Persona 4. Persona 6 is the highly anticipated new title arriving roughly a decade after the release of Persona 5.
Rounding out positions five to ten are Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, Grand Theft Auto VI, Dragon Quest Monsters, Final Fantasy: Resonance, Xenoblade Chronicles: Genesis, and Dragon Quest Monsters 4. Notably, the list labels Dragon Quest Monsters as a Switch 2 title, while Dragon Quest Monsters 4 is marked as a Switch title.
