The PS5 emulator KyTy has once again delivered impressive results. Demon's Souls Remake can now reach 50 FPS on PC using this PS5 emulator.
In just one week, the frame rate for Demon's Souls Remake jumped from 1 FPS to 30 FPS. As of now, running Demon's Souls Remake through the KyTy PS5 emulator achieves 40-50 FPS.
This performance was achieved using an RTX 5090 graphics card paired with an Intel Core i9-14900K processor. While this hardware setup is currently expensive for most people, rapid technological advancements mean that similar performance will likely be achievable with much less powerful hardware in the near future.
There is no doubt that such rapid improvements are almost unheard of, especially considering the PS5 is still relatively new hardware. If this pace continues, Demon's Souls Remake could become the first PS5 exclusive to be fully playable on PC via emulation.
It's worth noting that other PS5 exclusives, such as Astro Bot, have recently seen similar progress. Therefore, the future direction of KyTy PS5 will be very interesting to watch.
