Manni L. Perez, long speculated by fans to be the actress playing Lucia, the protagonist of GTA VI, recently sidestepped numerous character-related questions during an Instagram live stream. She did not confirm her involvement in the title, and her silence has once again sparked discussion among players regarding her identity.
During the live stream, thousands of viewers interacted with Perez. Many GTA players flooded the comments section, directly asking if she was involved in the new title and whether she was voicing or portraying Lucia. Faced with a barrage of related questions, Perez never clarified whether she had any connection to the game or the character.
The live stream clips were subsequently shared by players in relevant communities, fueling speculation about Perez's identity. However, this spread did not yield any new official evidence; her failure to answer questions cannot be interpreted as an implicit confirmation of the rumors.
For years, Perez has been the top candidate for Lucia, as guessed by players who pieced together various clues. Rockstar Games has yet to confirm the majority of the GTA VI cast, and Perez herself offered no confirmation this time. Her connection to Lucia therefore remains at the level of rumor.
