Reports suggest that Rockstar Games may be partnering with Walmart to offer an online pre-order promotion for GTA VI. Customers who pre-order on Walmart's website and pick up their orders at designated stores might receive a mystery gift bag called the "surprise and delight bag," but this event has not been officially confirmed.
This news was shared by the social media account Forward, citing another account. The original author has reached out to Walmart for clarification but had not received a response at the time of publication. Details regarding the gift bag's contents, participating stores, stock quantities, and whether it covers all editions remain unclear.
According to current reports, the relevant packages can be picked up starting November 12. Customers will receive boxed download codes. This date corresponds to the game's pre-load window and does not mean early access is available; GTA VI will not be playable until November 19.
Items such as posters, game maps, badges, buttons, and keychains were listed as possible contents of the gift bag, but these are merely the original author's guesses and not leaked details. The authenticity of the event and its specific terms still await official announcement from Walmart or Rockstar Games.
