Apple's iPhone Revenue Reaches $57.58 Billion in Q4, Up 17% Year-over-Year

Apple's iPhone revenue set a sales record in the fourth fiscal quarter, reaching $57.58 billion, a 17% increase from the same period last year. According to Apple's financial report for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026 (ended September 26), released on November 2, iPhone business revenue was $57.583 billion, up 17.46% year-over-year, accounting for 50.30% of the company's total revenue for the period. This figure exceeded the market's previous expectation of approximately $56.5 billion and also set a new historical high for the September quarter.

Apple第四财季iPhone收入达575.8亿美元 同比增长17%

This growth occurred after Apple's latest product update cycle. Although no new standard iPhone was launched in this cycle, iPhone quarterly revenue still achieved year-over-year growth and set a new record. The core driver of this growth was the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, which went on sale on September 18; these two high-end models contributed only about nine days of sales revenue for the quarter. Meanwhile, Apple's first foldable phone, the iPhone Duo, was not officially released until late October, so it was completely excluded from the fourth fiscal quarter's results. In other words, this record was primarily supported by high demand for the Pro series, rather than broad-based growth across the entire product line.

The information released so far only covers iPhone revenue for the quarter, year-over-year growth, and the context of this product cycle, without disclosing specific contributions by model or region. However, regional data offers some indirect insights: Greater China's revenue for the quarter was $17.54 billion, a 21% year-over-year increase, but fell short of analysts' expectations of $18.75 billion. Analysts point out that the lack of a standard iPhone update in September, unlike previous years, combined with supply shortages leading to insufficient inventory, were significant reasons for underperformance in some markets. As for the specific sales distribution of the iPhone 18 Pro across regions and the impact of the missing standard model on overall shipments, more detailed data disclosures are still pending.
