Push Square has launched its October 2026 PS5 Game of the Month reader poll, allowing players to choose the site's monthly game from the titles released during the month. The poll features 19 options, including "Other."
Following a busy September, October continues to see a large number of new PS5 releases. Phantom Blade Zero launched on October 29, with the event description noting that this Chinese action game has achieved impressive review scores and received a positive response from fans of the genre.
Other highlighted titles include Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and Castlevania: Belmont's Curse. The former's campaign has sparked discussion and is regarded as one of the series' most well-received campaigns in years; the latter is seen as a return for Konami's classic franchise.
The list also includes the racing game Star Wars: Galactic Racing, as well as titles like Final Fantasy Resonance and Ace Combat 8: Wings of Seifer. Reviews for Stupidity Never Dies and Hellraiser: Revival were more divided. This event is a reader poll, not a sales chart or critic award, and no rankings have been determined yet. Voting will close at 00:00 BST on November 5, 2026.
