After the successful launch of War Dogs Early Access, the developer will take a company-wide holiday in December!

War Dogs developer Bulkhead Studios plans to give all staff time off following the successful launch of its Early Access version, with employees taking a break throughout December. This is a proactive recovery period set by the team and does not mean the project has been terminated.

CEO Joe Brammer said that team members have gone above and beyond their job descriptions, with many taking on multiple roles. Since everyone sees the path to the project's success, he believes the team has earned the right to take a well-deserved rest.

Brammer stated that the company will inform players in advance not to expect the team to handle issues continuously in December. By January of the following year, the team may face a backlog of bug reports and balance feedback.

He even encouraged players to check out GTA VI during this period, stating that the team needed a "detox." Bulkhead is accepting that players may temporarily shift their attention to another major title and looks forward to their return later. No emergency support arrangements during the break or update plans for when development resumes in January have been announced yet.
