The Wither Knight class in Mist Hunter is a highly enjoyable and powerful class in the game. This class has many distinctive features. First, the Wither Knight is an exiled Ghenarian Rose Knight, but its combat loop is purely mechanical: light attacks apply Wither, and heavy attacks consume it. Everythinggj you do either builds up this resource or spends it, making it exceptionally easy for beginners to understand.
How to Play the Wither Knight Class in Mist Hunter
The Wither Knight is an exiled Ghenarian Rose Knight, but its combat loop is purely mechanical: light attacks apply Wither, and heavy attacks consume it. Everythinggj you do either builds up this resource or spends it, making it exceptionally easy for beginners to understand. The two weapon trees are Two-Handed Sword and Gunshield. Skills are distributed as follows: Level 1 - Radiant Punishment, Formation Breaker Charge, Spear Array Combo Thrust, and Thrusting Throw; Level 3 - Formation Breaker Shield Bash; Level 4 - Parry and Rainbow-Piercing Dash; Level 7 - Wither Mark and Sacred Bulwark; and Level 10 - Thorn Guidance and Rescue Aid.
The Gunshield was introduced alongside the launch patch, bringing six new skills, a ranged method to rescue downed teammates, and two core progression paths: Quick Shield Bash and Enhanced Shield Bash. It is also the only part that has received balance adjustments since launch, making it the most likely to change again.
One thing to decide before investing points: you cannot hold two weapon specializations simultaneously. The Two-Handed Sword Specialization, Flowing Continuity, and Gunshield Specialization form a mutually exclusive group of three in the talent tree. While distributing points across two branches is allowed, holding two specializations at once is not.
