"Onimusha: Way of the Sword" is an ultimate action game filled with slashing blades and bloodshed, where you give as good as you get. In a distorted version of "Kyoto," a samurai wearing the "Oni Gauntlet" travels around, slaying the rampant Genma demons. In the early stages of the game, there are only two difficulty options for players to choose from. Compared to Souls-like games, this title is not particularly difficult, so choosing the "Kenjutsu" difficulty on the right provides a better experience.

Left-click performs a one-handed attack, which needs to hit the enemy six times.
The R key performs a two-handed attack. This attack is effective against defending enemies and is more likely to break their guard.
You can press the right mouse button to defend when being attacked by enemies.

A system prompt will appear the first time you break an enemy's guard. When the red bar (Riki-Do) below the enemy's health bar reaches 0, you can press the left mouse button or the R key on the keyboard to trigger a "Kuzushi Issen," which deals very high damage.
