Wanted criminals in Palworld are a unique type of enemy. Completing bounty missions rewards you with Wanted Criminal Subjugation Certificates. To use these items, you must first unlock a specific shop. These certificates cannot be crafted, sold to regular merchants, or used anywhere other than with the Self-Defense Force Bounty Officers.

These bounty officers are stationed in a few major settlements, including the small settlement near the starting beach, the Dune Refuge in the desert, and Fisherman's Point on the southern volcanic island.
Speaking with one of them will open a special exchange shop based entirely on the number of certificates you hold.
