In Mortal Shell 2, Shells are crucial equipment. Simply put, they are full sets of armor with special abilities. To upgrade a Shell, you must first unlock Shell Bonds. Shell Bonds become available only after completing the Weapon Chapter. Once unlocked, all ability enhancements and Memories can be upgraded here.
