The classic sci-fi space war franchise Macross sees one of its mobile music games, Singing Macross Δ Culture, make a comeback. Renamed Singing Macross, it is launching a crowdfunding campaign. The game is now available on Steam, with plans to release on PC and mobile platforms in the future.
Singing Macross Δ Culture shut down its servers in 2022. The official team stated that due to overwhelming fan demand for the game's return, they decided to release an offline version, scheduled to launch on PC and mobile platforms.
· Singing Macross will feature characters from across the Macross series, including Macross, Macross Plus, Macross 7, Macross Frontier, and Macross Δ, as well as their respective movie versions. Playable characters include all the songstresses and famous pilots. The game includes 50 carefully selected hit songs, along with a vast collection of illustrations, costumes, and decorative items.
