As is well known, one of Capcom's traditional practices is to offer massive discounts on newly released games within six months of launch. This time, it's the turn of the survival horror game Resident Evil: Requiem and the action shooter Qualia Existence.

Both titles have received overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam. One is seeing its first discount since launch, while the other has hit a new historical low after the Summer Sale. Resident Evil: Requiem is now priced at 243.60 yuan, a 30% discount off the original price; Qualia Existence is now 214.40 yuan, a 20% discount. Both offers are valid until September 22.
Resident Evil: Requiem was released on February 26, 2026. The new installment takes players back to Raccoon City. The protagonists are FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy, whose storylines offer distinctly different gameplay experiences. Grace's chapters focus more on classic survival horror, exploration, and escaping danger, while Leon's chapters emphasize dynamic combat and the use of various weapons.
Qualia Existence was released on April 16, 2026. The story follows Hugh, a stranded scientific expedition member, and Diana, a robot girl. After meeting at a lunar research station, they must join forces to combat a rogue AI and find a way back to Earth. The combat system revolves around the interaction between the two characters: Diana hacks into enemy systems to expose weaknesses, after which Hugh uses various weapons to shoot them. Capcom considers this combination of shooting and hacking as one of the game's core features.
