New information has emerged regarding the animated film One Piece: God Valley. Leakers PookiePiece and PewPiece claim that the movie will fully adapt the God Valley arc, incorporating new scenes, battles, and story segments provided by original creator Eiichiro Oda.
One Piece: God Valley and another film, One Piece: BAAD, were officially announced during this year's "ONE PIECE DAY" event. Unlike stories primarily centered on the Straw Hat Pirates, One Piece: God Valley will place the Rocks Pirates and the Roger Pirates at the heart of the narrative.
According to related reports, Eiichiro Oda originally intended to include these new additions in the manga but was unable to do so due to time constraints. The film is expected to expand upon battles and events that were only briefly mentioned or not fully depicted in the manga, though specific scenes to be added have not yet been announced or officially confirmed.
PookiePiece speculates that the film might include the complete battle between Rocks D. Xebec and Figarland Garling Saint, further detailing Rocks' experiences and his interactions with his son, Marshall D. Teach. It may also reveal the identity of the Marine Admiral killed by Rocks before the formation of the Rocks Pirates. These details remain speculative at this stage.
PewPiece also stated that One Piece: God Valley is scheduled for a theatrical release between July and September 2027. This release window and the inclusion of new scenes have not been further confirmed by officials, and specific release arrangements for different regions have not yet been announced.
