The "Nova Games Foundation" was established with multi-million dollar donations from each of the two industry veterans. It has already reached cooperation agreements with 13 educational institutions across 8 countries to implement funding support programs. Each year, 20 young game developers will be selected to receive $100,000 in development funding per person, with exceptionally outstanding projects eligible for up to $500,000 in additional support.

Geoff Keighley emphasized that the funding is entirely non-profit; the foundation will not acquire developers' game copyrights nor sign any agreements for recouping funds. The initiative is purely aimed at helping aspiring developers with limited resources achieve their dreams and promote the thriving growth of the gaming industry.
