"Jujutsu Kaisen RUMBLE: SURVIVATON" Delayed, First Playable Demo to Be Available at Tokyo Game Show

Shueisha Games has announced that the release date for Jujutsu Kaisen RUMBLE: SURVIVATON has been pushed back from 2026 to 2027. The official statement indicates that this delay is intended to ensure a higher-quality launch, with the specific release date to be announced at a later time.

This title is a survival brawler where players can control characters from Jujutsu Kaisen to battle against numerous cursed spirits and other opponents. Developed by poncle, the team behind Vampire Survivors, the game is scheduled to launch on PC, Switch 2, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

The official team also released a second trailer, showcasing attack styles for multiple playable characters and the "Co-op Build" system. When leveling up a character, players can not only enhance that character's standard moves but also incorporate other characters' standard moves into their own attack build, allowing them to combine abilities from different companions in battle.

During Tokyo Game Show 2026, held at Makuhari Messe starting September 17, the game will offer its first playable demo at the Shueisha Games booth. The on-site version will feature an online battle royale mode for up to eight players, who compete for points during combat. The top two players will advance to a final one-on-one showdown, with the winner claiming the championship.
