Japanese Falcom announced today that it has reached a cooperation agreement with NEOWIZ, the studio behind "Lies of P," to remake and revive its classic title "The Legend of Heroes III: Shiroki Majo." The game is expected to launch on PC and console platforms. NEOWIZ will also be responsible for promoting and distributing new titles, as well as handling merchandise.
·"The Legend of Heroes III: Shiroki Majo" is the third installment in Falcom's famous RPG series, "The Legend of Heroes." It was released on the PC-9801 platform in 1994. The story follows the adventures of a young boy named Julio and a girl named Chris on the continent of Tirasweel. Together with the fourth and fifth entries in the series, it forms the "Kakabu Trilogy."
·NEOWIZ is renowned in the industry for developing hit titles such as "Lies of P." The two companies plan to continue collaborating on multiple Falcom classics in the future, so stay tuned.
