One year after its release, Borderlands 4 received the 1.10 update. According to a test video released by the YouTube channel MxBenchmarkPC, version 1.10 offers some performance improvements over the launch version.
MxBenchmarkPC used an RTX 5080 GPU and an i7-14700F CPU to test the game's performance at 4K and 2K resolutions with DLAA/DLSS 4.5 Quality mode and DLSS Frame Generation enabled.
At 4K resolution, Borderlands 4 shows only a modest improvement, averaging around 10 FPS, with a maximum increase of 15 FPS. It is currently unclear how much improvement there is at lower resolutions.
Currently, Borderlands 4 is on a 50% off sale on Steam, with the Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe editions all half price. The Standard Edition, originally priced at 398 yuan, is now available for 149 yuan.
