Twenty songs have already appeared in the current promotional materials for Grand Theft Auto VI. In addition to the tracks used in the two trailers, the roughly 25-minute extended showcase introduced several new songs, spanning genres such as electronic, rock, and country music.
The first trailer featured Tom Petty's "Love Is a Long Road." The second trailer used The Pointer Sisters' "Hot Together," Wang Chung's "Everybody Have Fun Tonight," Zenglen's "Child Support," and Tammy Wynette's "Talkin' To Myself Again."
The extended showcase features songs such as Birdman and Lil Wayne's "Pop Bottles," Sexyy Red and Tay Keith's "Pound Town," The Bellamy Brothers' "Let Your Love Flow," Def Leppard's "Love Bites," and Depeche Mode's "People Are People."
Other tracks that have appeared include Captain & Tennille's "But I Think It's A Dream," Prefab Sprout's "Cars and Girls," Cliff Richard's "Devil Woman," Phil Collins' "Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)," and Bob Moses and Elderbrook's "Inner Light."
In addition to the 20 songs featured in promotional materials, several musicians have hinted at or confirmed their involvement with the game. Travis Scott released content featuring Grand Theft Auto VI-style elements and tagged Rockstar Games; Morgan Wallen also shared an image with a similar art style, but neither artist's specific involvement has been officially confirmed.
T-Pain has explicitly stated that he is collaborating with Rockstar Games on Grand Theft Auto VI. ScHoolboy Q replied to fans saying he would appear in the game, and Ski Mask the Slump God indicated that both he and the late XXXTentacion have songs included, though specific tracks have not been disclosed.
Additionally, a leaked document circulating online listed 25 suspected tracks, including Stevie Nicks' "For What It's Worth." While these remain unconfirmed leaks, Rockstar later added the song to its official Grand Theft Auto VI playlist on Spotify.
