Jagex has now ended the Early Access phase of RuneScape: Dragonwilds and released version 1.0. The game has also been added to the September PlayStation Plus Game Catalog, available to Extra and Premium members.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is an open-world survival game based on RuneScape. It launched in Early Access last year and has received continuous updates since then. The 1.0 patch marks the official end of its Early Access phase.
Set in the forgotten continent of Ashenvale from RuneScape, awakened dragons pose a threat that players must face. In this cooperative survival adventure, players can gather resources, build structures, level up skills, and craft items, exploring ancient secrets to prepare for the battle against the Dragon Queen.
Other titles joining the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog on the same day include WWE 2K26, Mega Man X: Command Mission, and Metro Redux. Later this month, Ninja Gaiden: Rage Bound and Ballerion Chronicles will also be added to the catalog.
As for the Classics Catalog, PlayStation has confirmed that Dino Crisis 2 and the original Ratchet & Clank will join the service before the end of 2026. Exact release dates for both titles have not been announced yet. Reports suggest that Dino Crisis 2 is expected to arrive in October, with the original Ratchet & Clank potentially following in November.
PlayStation has not yet announced the lineup of new games for PlayStation Plus in October. The next batch of monthly games will launch on October 6, with the full list expected to be revealed in late September.
