Find Your Place in the "Bonds" DLC for AI: The Somnium Files

The first expansion for the popular strategy game launches next month, featuring countless hours of new content!

Publisher Hooded Horse and developer Arcen Games have announced that the first DLC for the critically acclaimed narrative-driven sci-fi strategy game Choice of AI, titled "Bonds," will launch on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store on October 12, 2026. In this expansion, players will explore concepts of belonging and community.

The first DLC for Choice of AI delves into various forms of "bonds," adding new story content across all aspects of the game, along with three new endings and over ten new objectives. Additionally, this DLC introduces giant spider mechs, new animals that can be befriended, and an option to transform cities into massive forests. New branching storylines will explore themes such as ecology, religion, crime, and transcendence, accompanied by special constructible buildings, unlockable new equipment, and fresh enemies.

Choice of AI: Bonds will launch on PC on October 12, 2026, available on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store. A Supporter Pack including the game's original soundtrack and wallpapers will also be released simultaneously.
