The UK Pokémon Center has notified some customers that orders related to the Pokémon Trading Card Game: 30th Anniversary Celebration will be delayed. The new estimated shipping time is mid-to-late November, with the notification being sent after the series had already officially launched.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game: 30th Anniversary Celebration launched globally on September 16, featuring a new expansion with holographic cards, 30 different Pikachu illustrations, and RGB Mew cards. The Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box was originally planned as one of the products released at launch.
As of the page update on September 15, the pre-order schedule published by the Pokémon Center still indicated that the 30th Anniversary Celebration Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box and several launch products were expected to ship in mid-September. However, in a delay email sent on September 16, the Pokémon Center stated that production times for some items in the orders exceeded expectations.
Affected customers received a one-time 10% discount code valid for future orders, expiring on December 31, 2026. Some customers also noticed that the product page for the UK Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box now shows an estimated shipping window of mid-to-late November.
If customers purchase multiple launch products in the same order, delayed items may hold up the entire order. The estimated shipping date for one customer's order has been pushed back to November as a whole, and other products purchased alongside the delayed item have not yet been shipped.
Under the current schedule, these launch items ordered on September 16 may arrive later than subsequent batches. Booster bundle packs and mini tins listed by the Pokémon Center are expected to ship in early October, while the next full expansion, Mega Evolution—Delta Reign, is scheduled for release on November 6. The UK Pokémon Center has previously acknowledged processing and shipping delays for some orders, but the support page has not yet specified the exact reason for this Elite Trainer Box delay.
