Edia确认《斗神传合集》将登陆现代平台,收录系列前三部作品

All three titles were originally released on the first PlayStation. Battle Arena Toshinden, developed by Tamsoft and published by Takara, garnered attention as one of the standout fighting games during the console's early launch period, thanks to its relatively impressive 3D graphics for the time.

The currently announced lineup is limited to the first three entries in the series. Battle Arena Toshinden 4 will not be included in this collection, nor will any other spin-off titles.

Edia secured the rights to port these three titles to modern platforms back in 2025, confirming at the time that the original games were released in 1995, 1995, and 1996 respectively. Beyond the PlayStation versions, the series also saw releases on Sega Saturn, MS-DOS, and Game Boy.

According to Edia's previously announced plans, the related ports are targeted for release in the 2026–2027 fiscal year. The company stated it will leverage its experience in porting and commercially releasing retro games to drive product planning, with specific details regarding platforms and release dates yet to be announced.
