New Challengers Arrive!
Today, EA and Respawn announced the latest crossover event—Apex Legends™ VS Street Fighter 6. This event brings together two of gaming's most intense competitive experiences and launches on all platforms on September 22. During this limited-time event, players can enter Wildcard Mode to borrow the fighting styles of classic martial artists; explore an Olympus transformed with a Street Fighter 6 theme; unlock new skins and more.

This limited-time crossover brings a wealth of new content, including:
● Wildcard Takeover
○ Enter Wildcard Mode and fight on a Street Fighter 6-style remixed Olympus. Smash the Apex K.O. Truck to earn Street Fighter Power Tokens, step into the ring at Luke's Gym, and find arcade cabinets, Little Blanka balloons, and other themed decorations scattered across the map. Pick up Street Fighter Gear to borrow the power of Street Fighter 6 characters: 4 sets of Gear are available, each with its own Passive, Tactical, and Signature abilities.
■ Ryu: Close in on enemies with quick movement, then finish them off with a fierce Shoryuken uppercut.
■ Chun-Li: Wall-run into combat for faster melee attack speed, then lock down areas with charged Kikoken palms.
■ Akuma: Launch demon fireballs from afar, then quickly close the distance to finish off opponents with Shun Goku Satsu.
■ Dhalsim: Float above the battlefield in low gravity, control space from a distance, and rain down flames with Yoga Flame from the air.
● Street Fighter Forms and Showdowns
○ Once players collect tokens and fill their Street Fighter Power Meter, they can unleash the power of their Street Fighter Form. Upon entering Street Fighter Form, the combat perspective switches to third-person, granting access to new Tactical and Signature abilities, along with enhanced melee attacks, blocking, damage reduction, and increased movement speed.
○ Survive until the final round to enter the "Showdown": a decisive final free-for-all where all players enter Street Fighter Form, and any downed or respawning players rejoin the fight.
● New Hadouken Universal Melee
○ Feel the fighting spirit of Street Fighter 6 and get the new Mythic "Hadouken" Universal Melee Skin, which also includes a matching Death Box.
● Street Fighter 6 Cosmetics
○ Earn Z-Coin to unlock items in the Rewards Store, including the Epic "Lifeline × Li-Fen" skin. Plus, 8 new Iconic skins inspired by Street Fighter characters are waiting for you to jump into battle:
