505 Games and independent development team ION LANDS have announced that the cyberpunk life simulation game "Cloudpunk Dreams" has surpassed 1 million wishlists on Steam. The game will launch first on Steam on September 29, 2026.
Marko Dieckmann, Creative Director at ION LANDS, stated that the team had not anticipated reaching this number of wishlists. He mentioned that "Cloudpunk" received around 130,000 wishlists upon its release, which was already a huge success at the time, and expressed gratitude for players' long-standing patience, support, and trust.
"Cloudpunk Dreams" is set in the eponymous city from "Cloudpunk." Players can start by running a humble noodle stall or nightclub, gradually expanding their business while getting to know the city's residents and learning about their diverse lives.
Beyond managing your business, the game allows players to explore seaside districts, markets, and hidden alleys, fish from home, or decorate their living spaces. Players can also renovate their apartments and seek out new customers, forge alliances, or develop romantic relationships while interacting with citizens.
The developers stated that players can arrange their daily lives in the futuristic city as they see fit, choosing between managing their business, socializing, and exploring the city. The team is currently preparing for the game's release and plans to reveal more information in the coming weeks.
"Cloudpunk Dreams" will launch first on Steam on September 29, with the specific release date for the Epic Games Store version yet to be announced.
