Game橘子 announced that "Dragon Nest: Classic" will officially launch in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan on September 22 at 12:00 PM. Pre-downloads are now available. This version recreates the class, level, and dungeon framework from 2010 while retaining the core combat mechanics of the original generation.
Initial classes include Warrior, Archer, Sorceress, and Cleric, allowing players to experience the complete first advancement branches. The level cap is set at Lv.32, and the first trial, "Cerberus Nest," will return, requiring players to deal with Gatekeeper Kakali's multi-elemental attacks.
In addition to restoring early content, the game will introduce a more difficult "Challenge Mode" for players to compete for exclusive titles. The high-difficulty "Sea Dragon Nest" will be split into two stages, "Outer" and "Core," allowing players to tackle the raid in segments.
The enhancement system will also be adjusted: equipment enhancement has a 100% success rate up to Lv.6. Once reaching Lv.9, even if subsequent enhancements fail, the level will not drop below Lv.9. The game also introduces an equipment inheritance feature, allowing high-level equipment of the same class and slot to inherit stats to the next tier upon meeting specific conditions.
A new costume transmogrification system separates appearance from equipment stats, allowing players to retain equipment attributes while freely mixing and matching costumes. Pre-downloads for "Dragon Nest: Classic" are now open, with servers in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan officially launching on September 22 at 12:00 PM.
