The Disney+ Marvel series Vision Quest will introduce an Avengers team composed of artificial intelligence characters. Recent reports indicate that this team will be part of the series' storyline, but it has not yet been confirmed whether they will appear in other Marvel projects.
The story of Vision Quest will revolve around White Vision. After the original Vision's death, the events in Westview, and the recovery of his memories, he must rediscover his identity and purpose.
Ultron will also be part of this storyline. In addition to the artificial intelligence character who appeared in Avengers: Age of Ultron, the series will feature multiple AI characters, who seem to exist within Vision's consciousness.
The specific members, formation process, and objectives of this AI Avengers team have not yet been disclosed. Existing information only confirms that its setting belongs to Vision Quest, with no evidence suggesting the team will appear in the film Avengers: Doomsday or other projects.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe currently has more than one team using the "Avengers" name or designation. Thunderbolts* introduced the "New Avengers," and the possibility of Sam Wilson leading another Avengers team has also been mentioned. The AI Avengers will further expand this framework.
In addition to Vision and Ultron, Vision Quest will also involve Tommy Maximoff. The series will connect with Agatha All Along and is considered one of the bridging projects leading up to Avengers: Doomsday.
