Pokémon Trading Card Game cards are reportedly returning to McDonald's Happy Meals in the US this November. The collaboration is expected to start on November 10, featuring 15 reprinted cards and 15 mini lunchbox toys.
The card list revealed by PokeTCGAlerts includes Pikachu, Eevee, Snorlax, Tyranitar, Absol, Mimikyu, Hawlucha, Palafin, Zoroark, Chandelure, Jirachi, Wooloo, Metagross, Lucario, and Decidueye. These cards are said to be reprints from existing expansions, featuring the McDonald's logo. Some cards will reportedly have holographic versions, though the specific selections have not been confirmed.
In addition to the cards, each Happy Meal is said to include a mini lunchbox toy modeled after a different Pokémon, with 15 varieties in total. The Pokémon featured in the toys do not completely match the card list, meaning the cards and toys form two separate collection sets. Unlike the special original cards from the previous campaign in Japan, the cards in this leaked lineup are all reprints.
Leaked information also suggests that promotions in Canada and Australia will begin on November 3 and November 5, respectively. As of now, neither McDonald's nor The Pokémon Company has issued an official announcement, so the event dates, card lineup, and holographic card details still await official confirmation.
