Filming for Season 3 of the Amazon Prime Video series Fallout has been completed, with production moving into post-production. The platform has not yet announced a specific release date for the third season.
Actor Walton Goggins posted a video on October 28, confirming that he had completed filming for Season 3 and removed his ghoul makeup for the final time. The following day, makeup artist Jake Garber also announced that his work was finished, while wrap party videos shared by the cast and crew further confirmed the conclusion of production.
West Tek, a major corporation in the Fallout universe, also appeared on the Season 3 set, with filming taking place at a location familiar to fans of the US sitcom The Office. Amazon had already renewed the series for a third season before Season 2 premiered in 2025. Production for the new season began this summer, and Goggins had previously revealed in July that he had joined the cast.
The latest confirmed update is that principal photography has wrapped, but further broadcast details are still pending official announcement from the platform. Another project titled Fallout Shelter: The Game Show, a competitive reality series, is scheduled for release in 2027, with a platform listing showing January 13; however, this program is separate from Fallout Season 3.
