"Selaco" "War Machine" Update Launches on November 13, Adding 19 Maps in Chapter 2

The first-person shooter Selaco will launch its major "War Machine" update on November 13, introducing the second of three planned chapters. The new chapter includes 19 campaign maps and is expected to provide approximately 6 to 8 hours of additional content.

Chapter 2 will continue the story, add voice acting for the protagonist, and introduce an "unstoppable machine" that relentlessly hunts the player. New weapons include a minigun and a heavy machine gun firing explosive ammunition. Players can also deploy mini-turrets and sentry drones, and temporarily use large, single-use weapons scattered across the battlefield via a new heavy ordnance system.

The development team has also nearly rewritten the enemy AI, inspired by F.E.A.R., to improve tactical decision-making. Enemies will now employ grouping mechanics and patrol areas when not in combat, giving players more control over when to engage.

Chapter 1 will also feature revamped scenes, surprise content, and navigation. Systems such as lighting, particle effects, controls, enemy voice lines, and music will all be adjusted. Due to the extensive scope of these updates, old save files will no longer be compatible; players who do not wish to replay Chapter 1 can start directly from Chapter 2.
