DESK GARDEN PROJECT has announced that the work-support and character interaction adventure game "Muv-Luv Alternative: Girl's Garden Mellow Days" will launch on Steam on November 19, 2026, with Chinese interface and subtitles support, featuring Japanese voice acting. Players can have Momozono Meru accompany them during work and study, use the Pomodoro timer and to-do list to schedule tasks, and unlock character stories as focus time accumulates.
This title brings Momozono Meru from "Muv-Luv Alternative: Girl's Garden" to your desktop, accompanying players in their daily work, study, and creative activities with an anime-style 3D character. Once focus begins, Meru on screen will also start handling her own tasks, interacting with players through expressions, actions, and voice lines, and may even offer encouragement upon task completion.
The Pomodoro timer allows free adjustment of focus duration, break length, and cycle count, while the to-do list and calendar help organize tasks. The game supports window resizing and always-on-top display, making it convenient for players to check the character and timer status while working on other computer tasks. Music, ambient sounds, and backgrounds can be freely combined, and external music playback is supported, letting players customize their focus space to their liking.
Time spent together also drives the story forward. As Pomodoro sessions accumulate and task levels increase, players will gradually unlock dialogues, stories, special ASMR content with Meru, as well as new backgrounds, ambient sounds, and custom content, allowing them to discover more facets of the character while balancing work and rest.
The official plan is to offer a 10% discount from November 19 to December 31. Players who purchase this title will also receive a limited-edition memory redemption code for the online game "Muv-Luv Alternative: Girl's Garden," which includes exclusive illustrations and special ASMR stories. The redemption code will be displayed in-game after playing for 2 hours.
Currently, a demo is available on the Steam store, and the official promotional video has been released. Interested players can try it out first or add the game to their wishlist.
