The Division 2 Deploys Y8S3.3 Update, Cross-Platform Play Opens November 17

Ubisoft scheduled approximately six hours of server downtime for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 on November 3 to deploy the Y8S3.3 update. While cross-platform play support has been added at the system level in this patch, PC, PlayStation, and Xbox players will not be able to play together until November 17, rather than immediately after maintenance ends.

Cross-platform play will be enabled by default once it goes live, though players can manually disable it from the character selection screen. The update also increases the clan member cap from 50 to 100 and adds scoreboard statistics, Combat Marks, and Honor Marks to the Conflict mode. Referring friends rewards players with the Cyclops, Esprit de Corps, and Frenzied outfits.

The Shepherd event is scheduled to run from November 17 to 26, with rewards including Exotic Materials, XP, Reconstruction Caches, and a Named Mk16. The Master Climax mission became available on November 3; completing it for the first time on Master difficulty guarantees the Loaded for Bear Exotic gloves.

The patch also temporarily removes Season Extension objectives and fixes issues related to weapons, the Season Pass, Classified Assignments, and Conflict rewards. There is currently one known issue: the Climax mission may remain locked even after players complete all High-Value Target reconnaissance missions. This can be temporarily resolved by logging out and back in.
