Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's Oggdo Easter Egg, Hidden for Three Years, Triggered by Players!

Three years after the release of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, an Easter egg that had never been publicly revealed was finally triggered by a player. After completing specific prerequisites and entering the classic Konami Code, a giant Oggdo appears in the skill tree menu.

Respawn UI/UX Director Jordan DeVries previously provided limited clues on social media, confirming that the Easter egg is located in a menu, requires official approval and specific actions to be seen, and has a very noticeable effect once triggered. About four hours later, Towabunga, a player with over 100 hours of playtime, found the answer, and DeVries subsequently publicly congratulated them.

The specific trigger method is to first defeat the Spawn of Oggdo at Fort Kah’lin on the planet Koboh, then enter the skill tree menu and input "Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start." Once these conditions are met, the giant Oggdo will appear in the menu screen.

This sequence is the classic Konami Code, which was early used in Contra and later adopted by many games to unlock secret content or pay homage to pop culture. The prerequisites and input method for this Easter egg were verified by players themselves and acknowledged by the developers; it is a community discovery rather than newly added game content.
