Recently, the official team of the domestic open-world wuxia game "Where Winds Meet" announced that the global version will simultaneously implement NVIDIA DLSS 5 technology on November 24. This title is among the first globally, the first in China, and currently the only game to support DLSS 5.
The new version has undergone multiple rounds of specialized joint optimization with NVIDIA. DLSS 5's next-generation AI neural rendering significantly enhances game material details, character subsurface scattering, and the realism of global lighting. While greatly improving visual quality, it also maintains frame rate performance, alleviating performance pressure at high settings, and is well-suited for the game's vast Chinese-style open-world Jianghu scenes. The developers stated that they will continue to collaborate with NVIDIA to iteratively improve rendering effects.
DLSS 5 is only effective on RTX 50 series graphics cards. When enabled, the texture details of bamboo forests, ancient temples, courtyard architecture, and character clothing are further enhanced. "Where Winds Meet" has surpassed 100 million players globally and has won several international awards, including Best Mobile Game at Gamescom, making it a representative title for Chinese wuxia games going global.
