H2 Interactive announced that the Simplified Chinese version of Age of Wonders 4 for PS5 now features the "Silver Seas" expansion and the "2026 Collector's Edition" on the PlayStation Store. Both support Simplified Chinese and English. Players who have purchased Expansion Pass 4 can access "Silver Seas" directly.
"Silver Seas" further expands the game's ocean regions, turning them into strategic spaces for management, exploration, and contention. The expansion introduces a new commercial culture that profits from trade, alliances, and hostile relations, with two development branches: "Cartels," which excel in espionage and smuggling, and "Baronies," which rely on wealth and military expansion.
Players can also choose two new forms, the Aquarion and the Sharkfin, and transform their population into Merfolk through social traits. New content includes four spellbooks: Water, Cursed, Pirate, and Eternal Ice, as well as the Free Captains' Alliance settlement.
The expansion also adds ocean events, new landmarks, ancient wonders, corruption points, magical materials, and various sea creatures. The "2026 Collector's Edition" bundles the base game, multiple DLCs, and leader and faction customization options, offering new players a one-stop purchase for all existing expansions.
