GTA 6 may ultimately receive specific enhancements for the PS5 Pro.
According to Power Up Gaming, the official French PlayStation Twitter account posted a tweet that seemed to accidentally reveal this information. However, the tweet was later deleted.
This tweet introduced unique features of GTA 6 on the PS5. According to Power Up Gaming's translation, the PS5 Pro version will receive enhancements and support PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, also known as PSSR.
With AI-enhanced resolution, players can enjoy sharper visuals on 4K TVs. The game will be presented in ultra-high definition, displaying more details.
The game will also offer more advanced ray tracing effects. As players explore the game world, they will see higher-quality reflections and shadows, with overall lighting appearing more realistic.
Rockstar has previously stated that GTA 6 will run at 30 FPS on both the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. These enhancements should further improve visual quality, but some players who prioritize performance may still be concerned about the frame rate.
Therefore, in terms of graphics and performance, the Xbox Series X might still be competitive. Rockstar may not have disclosed this information to either PlayStation or Xbox. However, the exact details will become clear once the game is released later this month.
