In terms of survival and building, this update fixes issues such as lock slots being added repeatedly when rebuilding houses, incorrect detection of interior and exterior areas for some structures, combination locks only being operable from one side, and connected watchtowers being affected when one is demolished. The heatstroke mechanic has also been rebalanced.

The patch also addresses issues such as door locks flipping after server restarts, some doors failing to unlock, and loss of vehicle fuel and coolant. Other fixes include infected and animals detecting players in underground areas, military boat loot spawning underwater, dynamic event items dropping directly to the ground, abnormal damage when motorcycles wade through water, and several client crashes.

Issues related to PC and modding tools have also been adjusted, involving compressed file loading, CfgMods path separators, script reloading, Stringtable, GameViewer, and server crashes caused by specific log entries. Workbench now restores the loading of certain script modules at startup, but still requires the "-filePatching" parameter; developers have also confirmed that known issues still exist.
