Rant Gaming, led by Escape from Tarkov producer Nikita Buyanov, has unveiled a gameplay trailer for their new hard sci-fi tactical shooter, Fragmentary Order, showcasing approximately 14 minutes of in-engine footage. The company has also launched Prime Batch, a paid closed testing program starting at $44.99, with the first closed Alpha test scheduled for 2026.
Set in the solar system of 2251, Fragmentary Order portrays war as an outsourced business. Players engage in combat using remote-controlled clones known as RepEnt, with clone losses factored into operational costs, making risk and reward key considerations for every mission.
The game features a hard sci-fi setting, with large maps featuring diverse environmental conditions, as well as combat elements such as vehicles, drones, and intelligent systems. Players can form squads of up to four members, devise plans based on the battlefield environment, and execute operations through team coordination.
Prime Batch is open to players who wish to participate in testing early and support development during the pre-public beta phase. It currently offers two tiers: Candidate and Founder.
The Candidate tier is priced at $44.99 and includes access to Alpha tests and major technical tests, a Candidate identity badge, and an exclusive in-game pack with details to be announced later.
The Founder tier is priced at $79.99 and includes all benefits of the Candidate tier, plus earlier access to experimental builds, advance insight into the development roadmap, and entry into a closed community with direct communication with the development team. This tier also includes an exclusive Founder pack, with details to be announced later.
Levels earned on the official interactive website cor3.gg can be used to enjoy discounts on Prime Batch pricing and can be stacked with vouchers obtained from cor3.gg events. Participants in the first closed Alpha test must adhere to a non-disclosure agreement, and the official team plans to provide further details on testing arrangements and development progress in upcoming FragOTV episodes.
Fragmentary Order is developed by Rant Gaming for PC and published exclusively by COR3.
