"The Alien Disease Detective" is a suspenseful puzzle game that blends "classic deduction" with "cognitive anomalies." The story revolves around a death game hosted by the mysterious religious organization "Li": whoever can "kill without being discovered" becomes a god and can have their wish granted. Participants possess special abilities called "Disease Powers" due to their respective cognitive disorders. Players must clarify how these Disease Powers affect reality and solve a series of murders that defy common sense.
