Intel has released Arc GPU graphics driver 101.9175 WHQL, providing targeted optimizations for Football Manager 25, Phantom Blade Zero, and World of Warcraft: The War Within. The new driver also resolves runtime anomalies in multiple games and benchmarking software.
This update includes fixes for intermittent crashes in Planet Zoo 2 after modifying stamina game settings, partial texture rendering errors in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III under DX12 mode, and lower-than-expected performance in Gears of War: E-Day on certain platforms. Issues preventing completion of UL Procyon's AI image generation and text generation tests are also addressed.
Other items include crashes while playing Mafia: The Old Country, crashes when loading No Man's Sky using Vulkan, and crashes in Arena Breakout: Infinite after enabling terrain tessellation. Specific crash scenarios in Monster Hunter Wilds, EA SPORTS FC 25, and NBA 2K25 are also listed.
The new driver also addresses the issue of flickering tree shadows in World of Warcraft Classic and World of Warcraft: Dragonflight when ray tracing is enabled. Intel Graphics Software still provides relevant notes on fan target speed, shared VRAM display values, and performance page metrics; players can check the specific scope of fixes based on their own gaming and troubleshooting situations.
