Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.62 is now available on Steam. This update adds three DAF XG+ variants, revamps garages, and adjusts certain truck interiors, radio stations, and paint jobs.
The three new models are the Emerald, Sapphire, and the DAF XG+ Czech 30th Anniversary Edition. Each model comes with different exterior accessories and specially designed interior options, offering players more choices for vehicle customization.
Garages in the base game map and all expansions have been updated with new models, featuring redesigned interiors and exteriors with richer details and a more modern style. The material system for the Iveco S-Way has also been adjusted to improve cab lighting and visual performance, with a focus on optimizing how different interior materials interact with light.
Additionally, the paint schemes in the Goodyear Tires Pack have been updated to match the current brand style. Tracks that could trigger copyright claims have been removed from the Escape radio station, and 11 new songs have been added.
