Back in August, it was reported that up to 89% of pre-orders were for the Ultimate Edition. It seems most GTA fans don’t want to miss out on this extra content. Whether you should buy it too is entirely up to you.

So, is it worth spending an extra $20?

This game has been in development for over a decade. It is arguably one of the most anticipated games ever made. If the gaming industry continues on its current trajectory, we may never see another title with this scale and scope again. It could also become a generation-defining game that players remember for years to come.

Of course, you can also look at it from another angle. Rockstar Games has placed some highly appealing exclusive content behind a paywall, giving players who are willing and able to pay an extra $20 more to enjoy. However, in my opinion, this remains one of the best digital content packs I’ve seen that requires only a small additional payment.
