Recently, Tencent announced a 13-minute gameplay demo of the "Genesis Chapter" story mode for its new 3D fighting competitive title, "The Outcast." The final round of pre-launch testing, the Endgame Test, has also begun. The game is scheduled for release in December 2026, with total cross-platform pre-registrations surpassing 38.5 million.

This marks the first complete public showcase of the story-driven PVE mode. The gameplay footage includes both cutscenes and actual combat, faithfully recreating original characters such as Zhang Chulan, Feng Baobao, and Xia He, along with iconic scenes from the beginning of the series. Combat combos, dodges, and transitions between Inhuman abilities are smooth, with crisp impact feedback. The narrative presentation, character models, and environmental details have received considerable praise from players. The PVE story levels are not just about fighting; they incorporate extensive dialogue and storytelling from the original work, blending the manga's narrative with the格斗 gameplay.
The Endgame Test is a limited, paid, and wipe test that supports cross-platform data synchronization between PC and mobile. The sparring competitive mode strips away progression-based stats, focusing on fair combat. It also launches the new 3v3 "Combo Duel" mode, while the official team simultaneously kicks off the Endgame Martial Tournament with a total prize pool of 60,000 yuan. For hardware storage, it is recommended to reserve 22GB on mobile and 65GB on PC.
