When an enemy is about to attack, press the left mouse button to perform "Issen" (Flash). This combat technique is a double-edged sword, offering high risk and high reward, with very strict timing for counterattacks. If you're not proficient, avoid forcing its use, as misuse can significantly increase the game's difficulty.
After we defeat enemies, they drop "Souls." Yellow Souls restore our stamina. Hold down the C key to absorb them.
After defeating nearby enemies, a female voice emanates from our "Cage Hand," instructing us to seek someone at Rokudo Chinko-ji Temple, thus concluding this prologue.
