After collecting this item, head left onto the bridge. Once you cross, you'll find many people blocking your path. Go to the right, where Lenny will pick the lock on the door inside.
Follow Lenny. There's a pigsty here; squeeze through the gap beside it to get out.
After crawling through, look behind the wall on the left. There's a chest containing the charm [Bead Slot 1]. (Charms will be numbered by their slot order to make them easier to distinguish. Each slot has 5 charms.)
If you have the pre-order edition, a notification will pop up indicating that you've obtained [Alec's Pendant].
