Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is set for official release on October 23. It is the 23rd mainline entry in the series and a direct sequel to the sub-series developed by IW. The complete gameplay and online modes will be showcased during the COD Next live event on August 21. Players who pre-order the digital edition will gain immediate access to the open beta after the livestream concludes. This story-driven campaign will take players into the heart of a full-scale military conflict on the peninsula, as well as cities like New York, Paris, and Mumbai.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 features new shooting physics technology, eliminating mechanical hip-fire and improving the parkour system, while providing operators with a full skill tree. The game will launch on PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch 2, and PC, completely dropping support for older consoles.
