Recently, Yihua Kaitian announced that it will showcase its new fantasy ARPG, "Fan Ying," at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany. Attendees will have the opportunity to try out the demo version, experiencing an immersive blend of cinematic animation, action combat, and a fantasy worldview.
New Trailer:
"Fan Ying" is an ARPG developed using Unreal Engine 5, focusing on a blend of action combat and narrative exploration. The game employs cinematic camera work and character presentation techniques, attempting to break down the traditional boundaries between cutscenes and gameplay. Players will gradually enter this fantasy world through exploration, combat, and interactive sequences, rather than merely observing the plot unfold. The story is set in a unique world shaped by the "Pure Sea" and giant creatures known as "Long Bo." Players will take on the role of a traveler burdened with secrets, navigating between various factions and ancient mysteries to gradually uncover the truth hidden beneath the world.
Players can switch squad members in real-time during combat, engaging in fast-paced action battles using different weapon modules. The addition of elements like blocking, dodging, and finishing moves further enhances the strategic depth and satisfaction of the gameplay. Meanwhile, narrative sequences, exploration levels, and combat segments are more tightly interwoven, allowing players to naturally immerse themselves in the world as they progress through the story.
