At today's Sony State of Play presentation, Konami unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming title Rev. NOiR, showcasing the game's story and combat footage. The game is scheduled for release in 2027. Stay tuned!

The story of Rev. NOiR is set in a world where people live according to the "Star Fate" bestowed by the colossal celestial object in the sky, the "Great Astrolabe." However, this peace is once again being shattered by the "Rain of Light." The game follows the protagonist Ash and the heroine Finesse as they embark on a "Journey to Stop the Rain" to halt the phenomenon. In addition to standard attacks, skill attacks, and precise dodge counters, players can use powerful support actions called "Star Seal Commands" to turn the tide of battle. Companions encountered along the journey will leave behind Light Cores, granting characters new abilities and expanding combat options.
