Nintendo has announced a world tour of symphonic concerts celebrating the 40th anniversary of The Legend of Zelda series, with the first batch of dates and venues confirmed. The tour will open in Tokyo on January 23, 2027, before heading to other cities in Japan, North America, Europe, and Australia.
Nintendo stated that the concerts will feature multiple tracks from The Legend of Zelda series, including nostalgic classic melodies as well as music from more recent entries in the series.
Japanese dates include Tokyo, Fukuoka, Hokkaido, Kyoto, and Kanagawa. The Tokyo premiere is scheduled for January 23, 2027, at the Tokyo Garden Theater, while Kyoto will host two shows on April 3 and 4. The Kanagawa performance will take place at Yokohama K-Arena on April 27.
The North American tour will launch at the Symphony Center in Chicago on February 22, 2027, before moving on to Seattle, Houston, and San Francisco. Seattle is scheduled for three consecutive performances from July 16 to 18, while the San Francisco show is tentatively set for October of the same year, with specific dates yet to be announced.
The European tour will begin at the Royal Albert Hall in London on April 3, 2027. Four shows are currently confirmed in the UK, with two in London and one each in Edinburgh and Glasgow; Stockholm will also host two shows on June 18 and 19.
The Australian tour will kick off in Melbourne on May 13, 2027, with four consecutive performances at Hamer Hall. The Sydney Opera House has scheduled shows for July 9 and 10, with the July 10 date featuring both afternoon and evening sessions.
Tickets for each show will go on sale gradually starting in September 2026, with specific dates determined by individual venues. Nintendo stated that more tour countries and cities will be announced later.
